ICT infrastructure for €18M, 132-bed Hospital

This multi-phase project involved implementation of the complete data and communication infrastructure for the newly constructed Winneba District Hospital. Specific requirements included:

1. A 200 extension IP telephone system
2. 200-port data network with a gigabit backbone
3. Network security system
4. Network file system

Directory Assistance System for Ghana based Mobile Operator

Involved deployment of a nation-wide directory assistance system to serve the operator's million+ customer base. System was built on 4Sight Microsystems' internally developed NOVA platform. Systems is commercial grade and is designed to handle thousands of calls a day. 

SMS-based Marketing Campaign Manager for Insurance Firm

Developed a web-based SMS campaign manager for Quality Insurance Company, a leading insurance company in Ghana. The system handles both inbound and outbound campaigns and is currently being used as an integral part of their customer acquisition process.
